A long time ago, before computers were faster and portable, I knew I wanted to be an artist. Both of my parents are highly creative (my dad dreamed of being a cartoonist), so I took to it naturally. Unfortunately at 7, I was not the next Van Gogh. So I did what other kids did — pursued other interests. I was still artsy at heart, though, and was always painting, drawing, or just creating something with my hands. I didn't see it as a career move.
Then things got nerdy. Like, really nerdy. Computers spoke my language.
So here I am. I make art for a living. Sometimes I paint. Sometimes I draw. Sometimes I create branding, or build websites or do photo manipulation. Sometimes I sing in the car at the top of my lungs to Neil Diamond with the windows rolled down.
